The Seek Discomfort Run Club is about showing up, moving forward, and discovering the benefits that go far beyond the physical. Together, we run not only for fitness, but for clarity, resilience, and community.
How It Works
- Who: All running levels welcome
- When: Every other week
- Meet: Local park, track, or another great running spot
- Warm-Up: 5 minutes of light warm-up
- Run: 5K at a comfortable, conversational pace
- Stretch: 5 minutes of post-run stretching
- Finish: Coffee and conversation at a nearby café
