Think your city needs a Seek Run Club?

Start one.

Complete the steps below and you'll unlock official Run Club Leader status, exclusive perks, and a mystery gift from the Seek team.

Step 1: Gear Up

Get your Seek Run Club Performance Tee. Its the official uniform of the program and helps identify leaders around the world. You'll wear it while hosting your first four runs and in your group photos.

Step 2: Get Your Crew Started

  • Create a WhatsApp group for your city
  • Choose a consistent meetup location
  • Schedule your first run

    Tip: Most Seek Run Clubs meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

Step 3: Host Your First Four Runs

Challenge: Aim for at least one new person at every run.

Step 4: Document the Journey

  • Take a group photo at every run
  • Post at least one story or post from each run and tag @seek.discomfort and @seekrun.club on Instagram.
  • Submit all four group photos in the form below.

Step 5: Build Something Bigger

  • Grow your WhatsApp group to 10+ members
  • Have at least 5 people attend one of your runs
  • Identify one other person who can help organize alongside you

    The goal isn't just to host runs. It's to build a community that can continue forever on its own.

Step 6: Become an Official Leader

Once you've completed all the steps above:

  • Submit your Run Club for review by submitting the group pictures here
  • Meet with the Seek Community Team
  • Get onboarded as an Official Seek Run Club Leader


We’ll also add your Run Club to the official Seek Run Club Page on the Seek Discomfort website
