Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EACH PERSON MAY ENTER ONCE, WHETHER OR NOT THEY BUY ANYTHING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Seek Discomfort, LLC, 5250 Vineland Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91601, USA.

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, YouTube, Google, Apple, or any other platform. If you enter via a link on any of those platforms, you release that platform completely.

2. Who Can Enter

Age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the country, state, or province where you live ” whichever is older” at the time you enter.

Where. The Promotion is open to residents of any country except the excluded jurisdictions listed below. It is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Excluded jurisdictions. You are not eligible if you reside in:

The Province of Quebec (Canada); Italy; Brazil; Greece; India; the People's Republic of China; Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; the Russian Federation; Belarus; the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; and any country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions or embargo, or where participation would require Sponsor to register, obtain a permit, post a bond, pay a fee, or translate materials.

Not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and travel providers (together, the "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, whether or not related.

Travel documents. You must be able to obtain, at your own expense, a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates and any visa required to enter Turkey and to transit any connecting country. If you cannot obtain the required documents, you cannot claim the prize, and it will be forfeited.

By entering, you confirm you meet all of the above.

3. When It Runs

The Promotion begins at [9:00:01 a.m.] Pacific Time ("PT") on [August 30th, 2026] and ends at [11:59:59 p.m.] PT on [September 6th, 2026] (the "Promotion Period"). Because entry is limited to one per person for the whole Promotion, you may enter at any point during this window.

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper. All times are Pacific Time, which may be a different date in your local time zone” check the deadline in your own time zone before entering.

4. How to Enter

You may enter once. One (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, by either method below. Additional entries will be void. Which method you use makes no difference to your chances.

4.1 Free entry (no purchase)

Go to https://www.seekdiscomfort.com/pages/come-to-cappadocia and complete the entry form, filling in all required fields accurately. Submitting a completed form gives you one (1) entry.

4.2 Entry with a purchase

If you place an order at seekdiscomfort.com during the Promotion Period and check out using a valid email address, we will enter you automatically” one (1) entry, the same as the free method.

Buying something gives you no advantage. It does not give you extra entries, does not improve your odds, and is not required to enter or win. If you order more than once, you still get one entry. If you both order and submit the free form, you still get one entry.

If your order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or charged back, your entry remains invalid” you simply keep the one entry you were already entitled to.

4.3 Entry rules

One entry per person. Not per email address, not per order, not per household member sharing a device” per person.
Enter on your own behalf. Entries submitted by anyone else, by any automated or scripted means, by any sweepstakes service or agent, or through the use of multiple identities or email addresses are void, and we may disqualify every entry associated with you.
All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or that fail to reach us for any reason.

5. How Winners Are Chosen

[TEN (10)] winners will be selected in total” one (1) winner drawn on each day of the Promotion Period. Each drawing is made at random from all eligible entries received up to that point that have not already been selected. Once you are selected, your entry is removed from the pool; you cannot win twice.

Drawings are conducted by Seek Discomfort Team. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive. We cannot predict this in advance. Given the promotion is open internationally, the number of entries may be large and the odds of any one entry winning may be low.

6. The Prize

Each of the [TEN (10)] winners receives:

Round-trip economy airfare for 1 person from the major international airport nearest the winner's residence, trip to Turkey; 2 nights' accommodation in Cappadocia, standard room, double occupancy; and participation in a group Seek Discomfort experience on dates set by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: US$[2,000]. Total ARV of all prizes: US$[20,000].

Actual value varies with your departure city, travel dates, exchange rates, and market conditions. If the actual value is less than the stated ARV, the difference is not paid out. If you live near the destination, the value of your prize may be substantially lower, and no compensation or substitution is given for that.

6.1 What is not included

Everything not listed above is your responsibility, including: travel to and from your departure airport; meals, drinks, tips; travel and medical insurance; passport and visa fees; vaccinations and health requirements; baggage fees; seat or room upgrades; excursions not listed; internet, phone, and personal expenses; and any local departure or tourist taxes.

6.2 Travel conditions

Winner and guest must travel together, on the same booking, on the same dates.
Both travellers must sign a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, before travel.
The guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Travel is subject to the terms, availability, blackout dates, and conditions of the airlines, hotels, and providers involved.
If you cannot travel on the specified dates for any reason, including visa refusal, illness, work, or personal circumstances, the prize is forfeited in full, with no compensation, credit, or substitute.

6.3 Prize conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or any component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Unused portions have no cash value and are forfeited.

The prize is provided "AS IS," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.4 Taxes

Taxes on the prize are your responsibility, including income tax, import duties, and any other charges in your own country as well as in the United States.

US winners: we will report prize value to the IRS and issue a Form 1099-MISC where the value is US$600 or more. You must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 before we fulfil the prize.
Non-US winners: US tax withholding may apply to prizes awarded by a US company, potentially up to 30% of the prize value, unless reduced by a tax treaty between the US and your country. You may be required to complete an IRS Form W-8BEN, and any withholding required by law will be deducted or must be paid by you before the prize is released.
We recommend you consult your own tax advisor. We cannot give tax advice.

Failure to return required tax forms within the stated deadline results in forfeiture.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize means you agree that we and those we authorise may use your name, city and country of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical details in advertising, marketing, and promotional material, worldwide, in all media, without further notice, approval, review, or payment.

If the law where you live requires your separate consent for this” or prohibits requiring it as a condition of winning” you may decline without losing your prize, and we will not use your details beyond what the law allows.

8. Release and Limits on Our Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, injury, illness, death, or expense arising from: entering the Promotion; accepting, using, or misusing a prize; travelling to, from, or during any prize activity; or any error in these rules or our promotional materials.

You accept all risk associated with international travel and with prize activities, which may include air travel, hot-air ballooning, hiking, and other physical activity. We strongly recommend you obtain your own travel and medical insurance. We do not provide it.

We are not responsible for technical failures, network or website problems, lost or delayed transmissions, unauthorised interference, or errors in administering the Promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promotion Entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. In particular, nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Australia.

9. Conduct, Changes, and Cancellation

We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or our site, breaches these rules, or acts abusively or disruptively toward other entrants or our team. Deliberately undermining the Promotion may breach criminal and civil law, and we reserve the right to pursue remedies.

If the Promotion cannot run as planned â€” because of a technical fault, virus, tampering, fraud, war, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, carrier failure, or anything else beyond our reasonable control â€” we may cancel, suspend, or modify it, in whole or in part, and award prizes from eligible entries received before the disruption, or otherwise as we consider fair.

If any provision here is found invalid, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

In a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry is deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address used, and we may require proof of that.

10. Your Privacy

We collect the information you provide when entering â€” in order to run the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Entry does not require marketing consent. Any option to join our mailing list is separate and optional, and declining it does not affect your entry or your chances.
International transfer: we are based in the United States, and your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your own country. By entering, you understand this.
EU/UK entrants: you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
California residents: you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We keep entry records and then delete them, except where we must retain them longer by law.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Los Angeles County], California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you live in a country whose laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, or apply your local consumer protection law, nothing here removes that right.

Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action, and that any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering.
