1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Seek Discomfort, a brand of Yes Theory LLC. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 3rd Aug ‘25 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on 13th Aug ‘25.
4. How to Enter
You may enter in one of two ways during the Entry Period:
- Purchase Entry: Make a purchase at www.seekdiscomfort.com during the Entry Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry.
- Free Entry: Complete any Seekers Day Daily Challenge and tag @seek.discomfort on Instagram. One tag equals one entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method.
5. Prizes
A total of eight (8) winners will be randomly selected to receive one of eight unique prizes. Each winner will receive one (1) prize, and prizes will vary. Prizes may include exclusive Seek Discomfort items, gear, or special experiences. Full prize details will be revealed during the campaign.
All eligible entries — whether by purchase or free entry — will be pooled together for the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Seek Discomfort reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Announcement
All winners will be announced on August 17, 2025 via @seek.discomfort on Instagram and contacted directly via Instagram DM or email.
7. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, you agree that Seek Discomfort may use your name, social handle, and submitted content (if any) for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Seek Discomfort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Seek Discomfort, which are final and binding.
